Overview
These instructions explain how ConvoClerk users, connected businesses, and customers of connected businesses can request deletion of eligible ConvoClerk data. They also support Meta app review requirements for data deletion and channel disconnect handling.
Request Deletion
To request deletion of your ConvoClerk account data or data associated with a connected business channel, email contact@convoclerk.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Include
- Your name and business name.
- The email address used with ConvoClerk.
- The channel, page, phone number, Instagram account, or WhatsApp account involved.
- Whether you want account deletion, channel disconnection, or specific data removal.
Connected Channel Data
If you disconnect a Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, web chat, or other connected channel, ConvoClerk will stop receiving new data from that channel unless it is reconnected.
